About
I'm Mr Volta, Belgian-based musician and producer. Born in Antwerp in 1991, started playing saxophone aged 6, later thaught myself computer software to make music and fell in love. Aged 17 I released my first EP under USA Import Music.
Then shifted to making visuals whilte studying Visual Arts & Installations at 'KASK & Conservatorium / School of Arts Gent', but the love for sound never disappeared and after finishing my Bachelor I went back to my electronic music adventure, trying out different stuff like picking up a jazz flute. I cover everything from Hip-hop & Rap to Jazz & Blues, to Dance & EDM, to Dubstep, Dubtechno, Triphop, House, Techno,...
In 2021 I entered producer land.
